Bands: share your songs with the people you play with
In Stage Friend your songs live in a band: a real band, a duo, a cover project or just you. Everyone in a band shares its songs, setlists and gigs, so when the guitarist fixes a chord at home, the singer has it at rehearsal. You can be in several bands at once, each with its own library, and move between them from the menu.

Your bandsA band in Stage Friend is a library of its own: its own songs, setlists and gigs, shared by everyone in it. Your first band is made on your first start, and many players never need another. Make one more for each group you play with, so the wedding band's songs never mix with the Sunday jam's.Create a band · Switch band · Open the band page · Your band's public profile · Delete a bandBand membersInviting your band members to Stage Friend gives everyone the same songs, setlists and gigs, kept in sync on each person's own phone or tablet. You invite people by email from the band page, and they join with their own Stage Friend account. What each member can do then depends on their own plan, and members on the free plan take one of the band's places.Invite a member · Accept an invitation · What members can do · How many members · Remove a memberFollow alongFollowing a band member in Stage Friend makes your screen open the same song as theirs, the moment they open it, so the whole band turns the page together. It is made for gigs and rehearsals where one person calls the songs: the leader picks the next one, and every follower's chords and lyrics are already there before the count-in. Following works on every plan, in any band with someone else in it, and needs a connection and at least one other member online.Follow someone · Lead the band · Pause or leave · Suggest a song to a bandmate
Questions
- Can I share chord charts with my band?
- Yes, you share chord charts by creating a band in Stage Friend and inviting the others, which needs Solo Pro or Stage Pro. Everyone in the band then has the same songs, setlists and gigs, and a change one of you makes reaches the others' screens. See Invite your band members and How your songs sync.
