Foot pedal page turner

A page turner pedal for your lyrics and chords

Keep both hands on your instrument. Scroll the lyrics, change songs and run your setlist with your feet, on an iPad, an Android tablet or a computer.

One pedal key doing three things in the Stage Friend app on a computer
Page Down set up three ways: a Press scrolls down, a Hold goes to the Next song and a Double press to the Previous song.
On a stage floor a boot presses a two-button Bluetooth page turner pedal, and the lyrics and chords in Stage Friend move on to the next part on a tablet on a stand.
Each press on the pedal moves the lyrics on. The room is an illustration, the screen is the app.

Works the moment it is paired

Most page turners send one of these keys. Stage Friend knows them all without any setup. Switch the pedal's mode to pick which pair it sends.

    One pedal, three commands

Give each pedal a press, a double press and a hold, each with its own command. A common setup on a two-pedal page turner: a press scrolls, a double press goes to the next song.

    Press

Works on every page turner. Scroll the lyrics or change song, or give it a command of your own.

    Double press

Works on every page turner. A second command on the same pedal, such as Next song.

    Hold

Works when the pedal keeps sending its key while you hold it down. A third command, such as Start autoscroll.

    Which page turner pedals work

Page turners that act as a Bluetooth keyboard, which is most of them, such as AirTurn, PageFlip, Donner and iRig BlueTurn. What a pedal can send differs from pedal to pedal and from mode to mode, and we have not tried every model. So try yours first: the test reads it exactly as Stage Friend does, with no sign-up.
